- Use cloud-based software for marketing, CRM, project management, billing, contracts, and bookkeeping. This can drastically cut the amount of time spent installing, updating, or troubleshooting the same program on every one of your employee’s workstations.
- Run a non-location-based virtual team. Your IT needs can be hired out to a local supplier, they can fix most everyday problems by remote access, and they’re only a phone call away if you have an emergency, which saves you office space & paying an under-utilized IT staff.
