As the creators of a full line of multifaceted gloves for construction, home and garden use, we are in an extremely competitive segment, so we need to make sure we differentiate ourselves from the pack. We’ve been very successful leveraging the following principles:
– Build a deep communications network with the factory. The depth of our relationship allows us to quickly and efficiently create and produce custom, job-specific glove designs for customers.
– Connect, Divide, & Conquer! After attending numerous industry tradeshows we were able to connect with key retailers and distributors by region and then assign sales reps across the country by state. This allowed our company to expand and grow smoothly from a single, local store to national distribution without overspending on unproductive sales resources.
