In the past we sent out end of year surveys to find out what we did well and what areas we could improve. Each year the same clients would respond to the surveys with similar responses. We noticed this trend and realized we weren’t getting the feedback we wanted. This year we decided to visit our clients across the country and talk with them about what worked, what didn’t work and what their goals and focus was for 2012.
The results exceeded expectations.
We started 2012 with projects from 22% of our existing clients. We’re convinced the work came as a direct result of sitting down with our clients and having actual conversations where they talked about what was on their minds and we offered solutions.
