Submission #1: The BIG Deal

MotivAction recently launched a new patent pending reward platform that enables participants to unlock deals and rewards based on their achievements. The Big Deal is the first product that addresses the greatest needs of organizations searching for engagement and loyalty by providing high value rewards, at a fraction of the cost, tied directly to achievement, behavior, and loyalty.

Unlike traditional reward programs which rely solely on the accrual of points, The Big Deal allows participants to unlock time sensitive deals based on their accomplishments. Participants benefit from immediate access to high value rewards that are meaningful and relevant. Applications for The Big Deal are unlimited and suit the needs of sales or channel incentives, employee recognition, and consumer promotions. In addition to supporting multiple audiences, the rule structure for unlocking deals is dynamic and allows for individual achievement, team goals, time sensitive deals, progressive performance awards, chance based promotions, and a host of additional options. Now organizations can design reward programs that inspire performance, are easily managed and tracked, and deliver bottom line results.

MotivAction The BIG Deal

The Big Deal uses four basic principles to drive engagement and build loyalty:

1. Goal setting. Create a laser-like focus on the behaviors and goals important to your business.

2. Game mechanics. By establishing a threshold for access to the deals, you increase desire. People want what they can’t have.

3. Communication. Multiple communication triggers like announcing deals, unlocking awards, program standings, and time for redemption, contribute to an awareness that drives performance.

4. Redemption. Redemption is the golden moment in and incentive program. Encouraging this early and often in the program lifecycle provides more reason to earn and ultimately improve results.

The Big Deal is a game changer for both MotivAction and our clients. This invention allows us to offer a dynamic, performance driven, reward program unmatched by anyone in the industry. This platform changes the way companies think about incentives and ties awards to performance with a sense of urgency while providing incredible value.
